Policy

We require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit to Book an appointment and will go towards your procedure total.

If you CANCEL within 48 hours, you lose your deposit and if you

NO SHOW and Canceling the day of is also considered a NO SHOW you automatically lose your deposit and will NEED a new Deposit to reschedule.

If you are going to be late please let us know as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and you will have to reschedule with a new deposit.
