DEPOSIT & BOOKING:

- A non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 is required to secure all appointments TRAINING non refundable deposit $1000 - $1500

- Deposit amount varies by service type

- Deposit will be applied to your final service cost

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

- 48-hour notice required for all appointment changes

- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit your deposit

- A new deposit will be required to rebook

- Contact our Walnut Creek studio promptly if you need to reschedule

ARRIVAL TIME & LATE POLICY:

- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

- Check-in time is 15 minutes prior to your service

- Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be considered a "no-show"

- Late arrivals/no-shows forfeit their deposit

- New deposit required for rebooking

PREPARATION & CONSULTATION:

- Virtual or in-studio consultations available

- Specific preparation instructions provided upon booking

- Health and safety protocols must be followed

SERVICE HOURS:

- Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

- Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

- Last appointment time varies by service

MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS:

- Patch tests required for clients without prior tattoo/hair dye experience

- Medical concerns require doctor's clearance

- Inform us of any medical conditions during consultation

PAYMENT METHODS:

- Cash payments welcome

- Full payment due at time of service
